Create and populate a Real Estate XML file that references an Schema file. The XML file should contain at least 5 property listings and conform to the business rules below.
The XML file should contain, at a minimum, the following elements and attributes:
street address
city
state (limit responses to only Maryland, Delaware, or Virginia) (restriction – choice)
zip code
price (categories include <100K, 100K to <300K, 300K to <600K, 600K to [removed]1M) (restriction - choice) property ID square footage size of land in acres number of bedrooms (valid values are 1-6) (restriction - choice) number of bathrooms (valid values are 1-4) (restriction - choice) school district annual property taxes 1 XML file and 1 schema file- schema file must validate XML file.
