Policy Brief
Our Employee’s Code of Conduct organization policy summarizes our expectations regarding
writers’ behavior towards their clients, supervisors and overall organization.
We stand for the right of expression and open communication. But we expect all employees to
follow our outlined code of conduct. They must avoid offending and participation in serious
disputes that may disrupt our standard working procedures. We also require them to nurture a
well-organized, respectful and collaborative environment between them and their supervisors.
Scope
This policy applies to all our Writers regardless of their rank.
Elements of this writers code of Conduct Policy
Organization writers are bound by their agreement to adhere to our Writers Code of Conduct
while discharging their duties.
Governing Elements
Compliance with the rules
All writers must protect our Organization’s reputation and soundness. They should observe the
time, professional and fair dealing standards at all times. We expect writers to be ethical and
responsible when undertaking their research and formulating their findings. There must be no
plagiarism to be found in their final submissions.
Respect for the job
All writers should respect their supervisors and in extension their clients. We won’t tolerate any
form of bad attitude, unwarranted excuses or failure to submit work on time. Writers should
conform to our professional code in all aspects of their work, which includes t ime management
and best performance in their work
Writers:
• Must not plagiarize their work. We expect original content in the final submissions.
• Should respect the client’s expectations in their practice. It includes the total number of pages
required, full adherence to time requirements, and any other specifications that may arise.
Writers should use them to complete their work duties.

Professionalism
All writers must demonstrate integrity and professionalism in their work.
• Job duties and authority – All writers should deliver their job duties with honesty and respect
toward supervisors and clients. Supervisors should not abuse their power. It’s expected of them
to delegate responsibilities to the writers taking into account their abilities and workload. In a
like manner, we require the writers to follow supervisors’ instructions and complete their duties
with skill and in a timely fashion. Additionally, writers from respective locations must have
reliable e-mail addresses through which work is to be channeled and for easier tracking.
Absenteeism
Writers should follow their schedules. Exceptions can be made for occasions that prevent writers
from adhering to agreed standard working hours or days. But, overall, we expect writers to be
punctual when receiving, tacking and submitting their papers.
Conflict of interest
We anticipate writers to avoid any personal issues and other interests that might obstruct their
capability or willingness to carry out their duties.
Collaboration
Writers should be friendly and collaborative. They should try not to disrupt the normal working
procedures or bring up obstacles that may do so.
Communication
All writers must be open for communication with their supervisors.
Policies
All writers should read and adhere to our organization policies. For new writers willing to join
our team, Sample (s) of their previous works should be forwarded to the official organization e-
mail ritchmond.writers@yahoo.com alongside their applications for assessment. If they have
any queries, they should reach out to their supervisor for clarification through the availed e-mail.
Terms of Payments
As an organization we acknowledge and realize the need for handsome remunerat ion to our
writers for motivation. However, It’s important to note that money shall be released upon the
final answers being verified as being complete and satisfactory by the Student (s), (Our clients in
this case).We recommend our writers to have verified PayPal accounts through which the funds
should be channeled.

Disciplinary Actions
Our Organization may have to take disciplinary action against writers who repeatedly or
intentionally fail to practice our laid down code of conduct. Disciplinary measures will vary
depending on the violation.
Possible consequences include:
• Demotion.
• Reprimand.
• Suspension or termination for more severe offenses.
• Detraction of benefits for a definite or indefinite time.
