Write personal Statment for applying Garduate school 600 words

I want to apply for graduate school in the UK, and now I need to write a Ps (personal statement). The school I want to apply to is UCL, and the major I want to apply for is MSc Finance. My undergraduate school background is the Central University of Finance and Economics, which is in China, and my undergraduate major is finance. You need to write this Ps from the following 6 aspects. 1. motivation 2. Talk about academic background (you need to know about the Central University of Finance and Economics, and talk about how good I was in academics at school before) 3. Internship experience (you need to assume that I have internship experience in well-known investment banks, as well as internship experience in some leading accounting firms, talk about what I learned during the internship, and show that I have strong working ability) 4.
