·  Ability and willingness to enforce guidelines & rules

·  Ability and willingness to develop a variety of programs

·  Ability and willingness to work with citizens, schools and businesses 

·  Ability and willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays

·  Ability and willingness to meet, greet and interact professionally with the general public

·  Ability and willingness to work hands-on with the senior citizens population in a recreation center setting
