who knows how to do this?

This discussion board is a bit different in that you will have to do a little research, but in the end, the research that each student does should benefit all of the students in the class. We have covered 6 chapters of grammar so far, and all of the those grammar chapters will be on the proctored test that you have to take for this course. As you begin studying for the proctored test, I thought it might be helpful if we had some extra resources to use as practice. What I would like for you to do is search the internet (

www.google.com

or

www.bing.com

are two good places to start) and I want you to find at least 3 websites that might be helpful to someone that is preparing to take our proctored test. For example, so far we have covered some concepts such as subject-verb agreement, prepositional phrases, compound subjects, indefinite pronouns, collective nouns, combining simple sentences with a comma plus a coordinating conjunction, with a semicolon, or with a semicolon plus a conjunctive adverb, run-ons, comma splices, independent and dependent clauses, complex sentences, and sentence fragments! Your job is to find 3 good websites that gives us practice or more information on any of the concepts I’ve just listed. To do that, you could, for example, go to www.google.comand search the phrase “subject-verb agreement practice” and it will begin listing tons of websites that you can visit. You want to be careful about which website you choose; make sure it goes along with how the lesson was taught in our book. If you look at a website and it confuses you, then it will most likely confuse someone else, so don’t pick that one. When you have found 3 websites that either give practice or extra information on any of the concepts listed above, you will then share those websites in your post. You want to give direct links to the websites, and to do that, you just pull up each website on your computer then right click on the address bar for each and click “Copy” then go to your discussion board and right click and “Paste” your link there. After you paste each link, I want you to give a brief description of what we can expect to find in that link and explain how it might be helpful to us. I am NOT requiring you to have 100 words on your original post this week, but you must paste no less than 3 helpful links to websites and give a description of each.
