White Collar Crime

Prepare a two- to three-page paper (excluding title and reference page), detailing the characteristics of white collar crime and how it relates to society and law enforcement. In your paper, you should define white collar crime, briefly describe the laws that regulate some of the major types of white collar crime, analyze its various potential impacts on society, and identify some of the socioeconomic differences between white collar crime and at least one other major type of crime listed in the text (i.e., conventional crime, organized crime, and/or victimless crime), offering a concise analysis on how such differences might impact law enforcement. Be sure to cite at least two scholarly sources other than the textbook.
