  The PowerPoint Presentation (Approximately 20 slides), is a summary of the Capstone Project, and is presented to a select group of organizational leaders/managers. The intent of the presentation is to alert this group to the organization’s identified need and your program proposal. The PowerPoint will include a clear and concise purpose statement, project implementation, analysis, and proposal, and a summary. Include notes in the Notes Section to explain your slides. Remember, this is a professional presentation and should not include unnecessary distractions, such as too many pictures or humor. Make sure the background selected for the PowerPoint does not impair audience viewing.

What is the problem?

The service men and women of the nation are coming back to the community after a long time in services mostly in other nations. The veterans have been exposed to dangers in war tone countries, and that might affect them as far as Post Traumatic Stress is concerned. Therefore, it is apparent that more needs to be done to ensure that the veterans receive sufficient help and support from the members of the community as well as from some institutions (Baskerville, 2016). Charlotte Bridge home has been of excellent service to the community over the years. This organization has helped in ensuring that veterans who return home have all the resources and support needed, for them to pick up from where they left and to settle back home.

The project in question is the implementation of technology systems, especially information systems at Charlotte bridge home (CBH, 2017). These systems are bound to ensure that in the long run, information about service, illnesses and any family related sensitive matter of different soldiers is well handled. Accuracy will also be assured, and the community will no longer have to worry about confidentiality issues. The lack of efficiency in information storage a charlotte bridge home is a problem which needs to be catered for, by initiating this project in the organization.

How do we know this is a problem?

In 2010, there were 300 suicides among the veterans, and this showed how serious the cases of veterans are. Almost 50% of 2.2 Million veterans who were posted in the Afghanistan war are suffering. The organization will be taking at least 500 veterans per program, and that will go a long way in making sure most veterans get help. A long-term program will take one year while a short-term program will take about six months. The estimated cost of the project is $28000. This includes all operational expenses, including professional fees, material fees, and installation fees.

What do we care about this problem?

The best way to help the veterans is by looking into the issues they suffer from. The introduction of qualified psychiatrists and social workers will come in handy to make sure that every veteran who enrolls in the project leaves the project as a different person. There is a need to give the veterans their lives back. Considering that the project is aimed at making sure that the veterans get help, the people who are close to the veterans will also be reached. The reason for doing so is to make sure that the family members are taught on how to handle and deal with the veterans. Counseling and therapies are the most strategic methods which will be used.

How will this project help solve the problem?

The project will help solve the problem by providing psychological help to the veterans; therapy and counseling. Reaching out to the family members will make the environment of the veterans conducive.

Better education After military they are required to be trained on how they can live in the normal society	Less education for normal veteran life. This makes the difficult to easily cope up with the civilian life.	Have more education centers and educators to offer the veterans a transitional education and knowledge.
Better employment They should have good jobs after the military work to help continue providing for their families.	They do not have enough consideration for job markets hence they struggle taking care of their families.	Have a huge base of potential employers who are ready to absorb the veterans after the expiration of their military service
Good healthcare The veterans should have the best healthcare after they leave the military so that they may live longer and healthier.	After the veterans have served in war zones, some have the military service before they are completely healed from the injuries they sustain.	Have more healthcare practitioners in health care centers subscribing to providing health care services to these service men.
