Conduct internet research and give examples, support, and explain your answers and positions.

1. What is the role of personal mastery in the success of your organization?
2. What is your role as a leader in developing personal mastery in those you supervise?
3. Do you think most organizations have a long-term plan for their organizational success?  Is it more internally focused, externally focused, or both?
4. Do you think today’s employees are more task-oriented (i.e., day-to-day doing the job), or more growth-oriented (i.e., looking for long-term success)?  Please support your argument with experiences and citations.
