University of Allahabad Aggression and Violence Discussion

The main objective of the concept demonstrations is to demonstrate your knowledge of at least one social psychological principle or concept you learned about. You should demonstrate your chosen concept in a fun, unique, engaging, and novel way and show how that concept relates to the real world.

Step 1

Choose 1 psychological principle or concept from the following chapters:

Prejudice, Discrimination, and Stereotyping (Chapter 12)

Aggression and Violence (Chapter 13)

Helping and Prosocial Behavior (Chapter 14)

The concept can come from any of those 3 chapters. Have a look at the list of key terms (‘Vocabulary’) at the end of each chapter to help you find a concept.

Step 2

Demonstrate the concept in any way that you choose. Some suggestions include a short (but high quality!) video, a poster, an Instagram page, an illustration, art, etc. You are encouraged to think outside the box, so feel free to explore other options that are not presented here.
