U.S. Supreme Court Case dealing with “Business Law

For your semester project/paper you will need to select a U.S. Supreme Court Case dealing with “Business Law.”  You will write a minimum of 5 pages (Not including title page or reference page).  Your paper must include the following: Title page, Citation of the case, Where the case came from (what state/court), who are the parties in the case, what are the facts of the case, what is the issue at hand, what law is being discussed, what was the outcome of the case (who won?), who gave the opinion of the court (which Justice), where there any concurring or dissenting opinions, if so, who wrote them?.  Finally, you will give your opinion of the case, did you agree or disagree with the outcome, why or why not?
