find a recent article related to training design that is at least 2-3 pages. Read the article and think about how the topic relates to the concepts discussed in Chapter 5 of your book. Write a 1-page summary report detailing what the article says about training design. Where possible, incorporate the terminology used in chapter 5 to summarize the article.
