Choose a company( Wal-Mart) with which they are familiar and write a 4-5 page paper on how well the company is managed based Managing for competitive advantage (the five competitive advantages are innovation, quality, service, speed and cost competiveness). They should be used in describing what gives the company a competitive advantage over others companies (or describes why they have not succeeded). The analysis should pick the strongest or weakest areas of the selected company. You can use Internet, magazines/newspapers, and even personal experiences and observations of the company. You can look at a company based on success or failure. ( Overall how has Wal-mart succeeded or failed in each areas). A abstract page is not requied.
