Orphanage and Vulnerable Children’s Organization Club

The orphanage and the vulnerable club consist of members whose sole purpose is to bring life into the hearts of hopeless and destitute children. The entire club has the responsibility of ensuring that the club’s mandate operates in line with its structure. Therefore, this organization has the obligation of upholding its agenda as well being vigilant in undertaking its agenda. The structure under which the club operates comprises of different departments charged with various responsibilities. The functions of the above named departments range from administrative to policy execution as outlined in the Club’s manifesto. Before the Club came into full operation, technical team drawn from various fields had contributed into its making. Therefore, the club had its due mandate of operation once a structured framework of function and management had been drafted. The title orphans and vulnerable Club evolved after a series of consultative discussion among the first few like minded members. These members had their concern into the plight of socially challenged children, mostly residing in the slums. Out of this, the club developed its key manifestos which entail provision of financial support to these children. Financial aid was formulated into different categories and forms, the first form of financial assistance entailed provision of school uniforms and other sets of clothing to the children. This was viewed by the club members who inaugurated this idea the first step forward into achieving the long term targeted goals. Such an idea was generated due to the high level of poverty that some families were undergoing within the country that they could not afford clothing to their children. This suggestion received overwhelming support from the members, who committed to executing the plan. In order to accomplish this plan, the club interim officials came up with a viable structure that helped organization reap sufficient amount for its stipulated mandate.

The whole membership present unanimously upheld the decision that they should remit monthly payments of 250 dollars towards this project. Out of the small membership base, the club managed to receive a total of 3000 dollars. The amount collected was barely adequate to execute all tasks that were levied on it; however it was viewed essential for a start. Based on the administrative demands within the club, it was suggested that 10 percent of any amount be used in undertaking different managerial issues. However, various limitations erupted, and it became realizable that the continuous subscriptions did not suffice the operations of the organizations. With regard to this, the proceeding meeting resolved that the club initiate other avenues of collecting more funds since the project had attracted many orphans. This program proved successful as more money was released than expected.

Limitations arising form added financial demands were increasingly becoming more pressing to an extent that, the club could not sufficiently offer their services. This was viewed as a violation of its pillars of operational mandate, thereby prompting more financial support for the entire club than the initial stage of operation. Today, the Orphans and Vulnerable charity club has expanded its services, and it reaches all types of destitute children rather than the orphans. This implies that, more funds must be channeled into the club so that it can attain its goals of free service provision. It is in this context that, I stand to request charitable donations in aid of this club.

Before the club could reach its current limits of operations, a lot of structuring had to be done within its unit. Initially we had considered offering services in terms of cloth and uniform donations to the affected children but later expanded the program to include food provision. Within this structure, it was outlined that all children under the program benefit from this service, either at home or in school. While, at school, children who are less fortunate are provided with free lunch and evening tea, this entire program is run by the club in all institutions that it covers. In order to sustain the project, more funds are deemed necessary as the program is so costly to maintain. It is in this line that, as we present the club’s historical mileage and progress, we request charitable hearts to contribute their shares into the project. Financial limitations occur mostly due to few avenues of funding since the backbones of operations are currently held by members themselves. Orphans and Vulnerable charitable club is much assured that efficiency of its services will rise if more members subscribe into the organization than the current membership level. With regard to the progressive growth that the Club has exhibited, it is comparable to a mustard seed that grows from a smaller beginning into resounding height. Therefore, the humbleness of the club’s beginning has steered us into the position that we currently profess. For instance, the club begun from a fairly small membership of 30 persons, but today enjoys an overriding population of 150 members. This is an indication that the societies has fully acknowledged services the club offers and have a strong belief in the project. Therefore, it is the full belief of the club to increase its output in terms of service provision so as to retain its viability regarding the ethos that it is instigated. Additionally, the club being charged with ethical mandate has responsibility of maintaining the image and the name of the club. This implies that any conduct regarding to financial or managerial malpractice is totally unacceptable and upon disclosure results into heavy punishment. Furthermore, all the technical team are very competent, and before they were sworn in had taken the oath of office to maintain high ethical standards in the management of the club. Therefore, competence and transparency benchmark conducts of the management. For instance, undisputed results and fairness in the process of identifying the club’s beneficiaries has received great applause by the public. In other terms, they have commended the club as it has touched the heart of the society.

Regardless of the limitations that the club undergoes much anticipation has been laid into its future. First and foremost the club has drafted one of its major landmark evolutions of creating an orphanage that shall offer refuge to both orphans and street children. Under this plan, the club aims at initiating projects that generate income. Other activities that the club intends to enter into includes, soliciting funds from both the governmental and non governmental charity organization. Therefore, the funding for this program begins now since it involves a lot of activities. This project was proposed based on the concerns raised that most children did not have proper shelters after school, and this critically hampered the effectiveness of the club’s main stipulations. Principally, the stipulated program aims at confining all children whose scattered nature pose a lot of logistical challenges. With regard to this, the committee under progression came up with the idea of constructing an orphanage, which offers full boarding facilities except for the schooling services. This is one of the greatest goals that the club intends to achieve; however, the project requires a lot of funds due to its much technical involvement. With regard to the dire need of the younger generations, the club stands as the intermediary between society and the upcoming misfortune children. In this context, we request for generous contributions in order to make the program a success. It is for the sake of the future society that we stand together in fighting and mitigating the culminating effects of poverty. Out of the total contribution that will be raised, the club intends to use a bigger fraction in remedying the lives of children who undergoes immense sufferance. Therefore, the club holds the largest responsibility in caring for the orphans as it currently sponsors up to over half of the total orphans in the country. The plight of these children is devastating as they are faced with a number of challenges ranging from poverty, loneliness to immense desperation. Therefore, we come today with the motive of eradicating sufferance and untold neglect that these children undergo.
