Strategic Management

Responses will be evaluated on your critical thinking, reflective judgment, content, cogent and relevant responses that are well written, organized and referenced. This includes correct spelling, punctuation, grammar, and proper format for citations and references.

1. What is it important to have a set of core values and a corporate values and a corporate mission and vision statement? Explain how these items relate to the strategic decisions made by the company or its managers/executives.  

2. Discuss business ethics and the concept of corporate responsibility as they pertain to executive decision making. Why do executives make unethical decisions or act in a manner that is not socially responsible? Develop a set of guidelines that an executive can use to improve his/her decision making in these areas.
