This Case Study brings together all the information on product design, data, externality, and asymmetry. Using a real case for a current business problem and applying design strategies will answer the question:

Given our company and its strengths and weaknesses, how can we help our product become the dominant choice of consumers five years from now?

The contender is Google Assistant

In researching and developing your recommendations, start with information from the case “Voice War: Hey Google vs. Alexa vs. Siri” and then you may use additional resources from the web or at your disposal. You should avoid Wikipedia or similar sites as your primary source; however a well-structured Wikipedia page likely has a “Reference” or “Bibliography” section that may provide a link to a reliable source.

You must prepare a hybrid style slide (text and visual) and may include up to 150 words of text in the ‘Notes’ sections of each recommendation slide. Any additional text will not be considered.
