You are all about to enter a new chapter in your careers and finding the right position will put you in an opportunity to showcase your dental hygiene talents and nurture a relationship that supports growth and progress in your field.

1) For this week’s discussion, conduct research on the various positions available to dental hygienists.

2) Post a summary of the position and any details such as application requirements, degree or licensure requirements.

3) For the last part of this discussion describe your perfect job as a dental hygienist. Include details such as your ideal work environment, established relationships with your colleagues, compensation and benefits and any other factors that would promote job satisfaction. Once you have your wishlist developed, create a dialogue to support/justify why you are deserving of these that you could share with potential employers to substantiate the needs of your ideal job.
