Reporting and Interpreting Cost of goods sold and inventory.

The directions are on the first screenshot attached. I need assistance understanding calculations using the FIFO and LIFO methods. If possible, it would be helpful to see the answer in the chart form filled out. That way I can understand the units versus quality portion.
