1. Describe an example of a positive, and negative reaction to change that has

        taken place in your workplace. Please describe the role you as the change

        agent may have played in these changes.

2. How do you think the nuclear health care organization- whether hospital or something other than a hospital – will be organized ten years from now? Describe how major changes in the role of the health care worker, the culture of the health care consumers, and methods of communication between all stakeholders will affect and be affected by this new organization. Which of these changes would you identify as having the greatest impact?  Why would they have the greatest impact?
