Individual Assignment: Week 5

Last week, you delivered your presentation to the leadership team discussing the multiple different types of methodologies that exist in Agile.  They were so impressed that they have excluded one additional individual and now we are down to 3 individuals in the running for the work. As you expected, you received a phone call from the client trying to understand how they will track work and ensure that value is being added back to the organization if they move to the Agile process. You have been asked to prepare a small presentation outing the following:(a)Describe the different types of value that a project can provide and show when Value can be provided in an Agile project vs a Waterfall(b)Describe and build two charts that can be used to track progress(c)Describe and build an executive dashboard that can be used to show the status of the organization’s leadership.(d)In Section 2, you were asked to find two tools, pick the best one, and show the benefits of using the tool to leadership.Create a 2-4 slide deck that outlines the information above. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Assignment Requirements:

1. The assignment is to answer each question provided above. 
2. This is to be in narrative form and should be as thorough as possible.
3. You will need to submit a PowerPoint presentation 
4. Times New Roman 12-pt font, double-spaced, 1-inch margins
5. Utilizing at least one outside scholarly or professional source related to project management. The textbook should also be utilized.
6. Do not insert excess line spacing.
7. APA formatting and citation should be used.
