Rehearse your presentation before you film. Ensure you have good eye contact, including gestures, are standing and within the profile frame of the camera, have a conversational tone, reduced reliance on notes, and extemporaneously speak throughout the presentation.

Mission and Values of the Partnership
Forming an international partnership between ACME Consulting and a reputable German
firm, Weise & Associates, will allow both companies to expand their global reach and provide
high-quality services to an increased international clientele. Our mission is to leverage each
other’s strengths and cultural understanding to serve a diverse spectrum of global clients better.
By collaborating on projects worldwide, we aim to enhance economic and cultural exchange
between our two nations.
Cultural Considerations and Labor Involved
Several cultural customs, practices, and communication differences must be carefully
navigated to ensure success (Ramaley et al., 2023). Language proficiency will be necessary, as
German will be the primary working language. Punctuality is highly valued in German business
culture, so respecting timelines will be crucial. Direct communication should be avoided, and
more discreet and considerate approaches should be chosen. Decision-making may follow a
longer deliberation process than usual. Regarding labor, team members from both firms must
frequently travel internationally and spend extended periods collaborating face-to-face at each
other’s offices and client sites. Effective virtual teamwork and cultural sensitivity will also be
necessary during remote engagements.
Goals and Expected Outcomes
Through this formation of an international partnership, both ACME Consulting and
Weise & Associates stand to enhance our capacity to offer culturally sensitive services. The
company’s management is confident that our skills will complement each other and provide
valuable insights into new areas and industries. The stable building of relations based on
understanding and mutual respect for differences will form a new cooperation model in
