Remember, this is an excellent opportunity for DNP students to explore his/her skills and knowledge as a leader working in difficult situations where the health system required your cooperation.

Activity: Meet with Stakeholders

—I spent —- hours in a meeting with the clinical center stakeholders increasing my knowledge and understanding of other roles and functions to guarantee a perfect setting functioning during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.

— I spent —hours shadowing a leader. Being on the frontline assessing high-risk population and how my knowledge as DNP student can be implemented to reduce the effect of the Pandemic Covid 19 in our patients, I was working with the clinical medical director and other administrative personal.

— I spent — hours sharing my clinical expertise with co-workers from another practice area.

–I spent — hours reviewing and considering my shadowing performance throughout a conference with my co-workers, which allows me the opportunity to recognize my role as a leader.

— I spent— in meeting with the administration team to determine the obstacles generated by Covid 19 pandemic, achieving the essential procedures to reduce the consequences in the organization.

— I spent —- leading a team on the frontline working with patients in the Pandemic Covid 19.

— I spent —hours meeting the stakeholders to prepare strategies to evade errors on the effectiveness of the available sources.

— I spent — hour in Skype conference with the executives and the rest of the staff concerning patient care and the need to continue taking care of them, I provided many strategies that can help.
