Physician Leadership Development

 

The ten sources need to be per-reviewed and scholarly.

This is a proposal, to a culminating project or what is also referred to capstone. This will be a literature review that looks at the topic Physician leadership development. The questions has not yet been formulated, its in the process, I was hoping that the writer can formulate something in this order. The proposal has to include three main elements, they are as follows.

1. What is being zeroed in. (The “what” of the question will be the main focus in the culminating projects, they need to be looked at very briefly in this proposal.)

a. What are physician’s leaders

b. Why are physician’s leaders necessary?

c. How are physician leaders prepared/trained/developed?

d. How well have these methods of development worked

e. Recommendations for development (this will be developed later on in the research)

2. Rational for the need of such research

a. Here the writer will need to have supporting evidence for the need to answer and investigate this question.

b. Supporting evidence is a must in this section of the paper and it needs to be scholarly.

3. How this research be conducted

a. This research will be based on a literature review
