· Helped A/R team to update the monthly revenue trending file

· Created a new folder to reorganize all clients’ documents for easier investigation

· Responsible for payment of all invoices for goods and services for busy research facility such as verifying invoices that had been approved for payment by matching invoice with terms of Purchase order and receiving report (goods) or management approval (services)

· Resolved Purchase Order discrepancies with Purchasing Department and/or vendors and research variances and credits with vendors

· Assisted with accrual for goods and services received but not invoiced and assist with cash forecasting by maintaining accurate accounts payable details, including payment terms
