personal Statement

I need to write an emil to a university telling them that I want to attend their University but my college did know that I am transferring and the will keep giving in English 2  me below C so that I can’t transfer  to other school,, the professor had changed my grade so I do not have time to correct it within a day 

the acceptance has only one day  

I want you to write that I am okay to retake the English in your school 

I would more than happy to be in your school 

I want it to be perfectly for full academic
