A Mosaic

Introduction

Every teacher and education major knows there is a lot that goes into teaching and that meets the eye. A teacher’s classroom can be affected by several internal and external factors that can make teaching challenging, but what exactly goes into a successful classroom? The way I see teaching is kind like a mosaic of different pieces: cognitive development, learner differences and needs,

learning and motivation, learner Environment, and social influences. When put together all of these pieces become a beautiful classroom.

Cognitive development

Learner differences and needs

Learning and motivation

Learner Environment

Social influences

Culture and diversity
