(The idea of considerations and the law was quite
intriguing to me, and before starting this module I would
not have imagined this to be a component of the law. Now
after learning about considerations, I realize how necessary
they are in terms of promises that are made between two
parties. I found it particularly interesting how there has to
be some form of value in exchange for the promise in
order for it to be consideration. This one of the ways in
which the law upholds accountability.)

(What I found interesting in this lesson is the waiver of
breach. The cure of breach by waiver is “When there has
been a waiver the party waiving the breach cannot take
action; it erases the breach.” Existence and scope of waiver
is, “Existence of Waiver: a party may declare a waiver or
express it by allowing the other party to continue
performance. Scope of Waiver: extends only to the matter
waived.”)

Bailment is “When the bailor delivers tangible personal
property to the bailee, who is under a duty to return it,
deliver, or dispose of it as agreed.” There are elements of
bailment. The elements are,”Agreement: may be express or
implied; contains all the elements of a contract.” “Delivery
and Acceptance: bailment arises when property is delivered
and accepted.”)
