Health eating to the human body is important because it keeps the metabolic processes at good conditions. Most of people are still clinging on the old ways of health eating without fully changing for a better lifestyle of the modern world which may offer different healthy eating which are important for the health of an individual. Eating of only one type of diet for a longer time may lack to bring any impacts to your body unlike when a person change his life style of health eating since there is a variety of health diets today which have been established in the current world. Though it is evident that most of people are not with interest to change their health eating styles, it can do better more than the harm out of it. In this paper, we are going to find out why healthy eating can be a lifestyle change because changing your eating habits can be a good thing if you only try. Even though many people are too lazy to try something new.

Most of people have continued on taking same meals for a long time in their lives which have encouraged some bad effects like the obesity due to the type of meals they have been always ingesting. This cause more harm to ones body due to the increased weight which may cause a lot of stress to an individual. The people need to change his/her health eating habits to avoid accumulating of so much fat in the body organs which may bring more health risk to the body. The change of diet will do good since the person can change the type of foods he/she have been consuming which gives them a chance to control the rate of their body growth. Majority of people with obesity have regained their initial body posture through exercise and the change of their eating habits which have caused the spontaneous growth of their body (Mosley & Spencer, pg. 76-85).

For a person to remain health and fit body state, an individual has to establish the most appropriate habit in taking his/daily meals systematically. A person is entitled to take a good breakfast in the morning which is said to keep your metabolic processes active. This has been advised by the scientist to be of more good though many people to not take this into consideration because they do not find it convenient to take breakfast regularly in the morning. This makes the body cells remain active throughout the morning hours because they were dormant during the night hours. It enables individuals to do their morning tasks comfortable until lunch hour where they can take their lunch meals.

Majority of the people today take alcohol in large quantities which make their body dehydrate and catch some heal health due to the high contents of alcohol is in the body system. According to the research done by the scientists, they advice on the use of just a glass of wine which is said to do more good to individuals health. It have been also confirmed that the pregnant women can also take a glass of wine in a day since it will not affect the health of the unborn child unlike the large quantities of wine. The wine contains some polyphenol which is said to be healthy for the heart particularly. The wine is also associated to bring some benefits like the improved memory function, boosting of estrogen and reduction in the bacterial infection in an individual’s body. Most of people are inclined to take some little amount of beer, but it is found to be necessary to one’s health if taken in the right manner (Le, pg. 134-142)

Today majority of people have been consuming a lot of proteins through regular ingestion of meat and substances with protein contents like some serials (beans). This is harmful to your health because more proteins will produce bad effects than the good effects. The people need to reduce the amount of the meat taken, and if possible they should not take them regularly to limit the proteins taken in the body system. Most of people find it hard to change this habit of taking meat daily because they seem addicted by the idea of taking meals with meat. This does not count for healthy eating since high levels of protein will bring more harm than good to an individual’s body. Other people have established the use meat which has not been approved by the doctors to be safe. Most of the people consume the animal meat they are keeping at their homestead without veterinary approval to the safety of the meat. This may lead to heal health once the meat has some bacteria in it which may lead to even death of the people who may contract the animal disease. People should adopt the safe health eating habits of taking the meat which have been confirmed to be safe.

The current world has changed to the use of some junk foods and packed/canned meals which they have turned to use for their daily eating. This has come up due to the limited time for people to cook their daily meals. These foods do not have the necessary contents of the nutrients needed by the body for development and growth. Most of the children today have developed some deformities due to the type of food they have been subjected to due to the lifestyle of their parents. People need to take the foods which have sufficient nutrients to their body to avoid heal health which may come up due to the use of the packed and junk foods which majority of the people emprises (Covey, pg. 25-31).

Individuals are not keeping alert to the amount of the sugar content they are taking daily. The breakfast contains the meals with sugary contents. The meals and refreshments may also be having sugary substances. Accumulation of high sugar levels in the body may cause blood pressure since the blood streams since the body may be in cable of producing the right level of insulin to lower level of sugar. More sugary foods cause decay to the dental of the human teeth which may lead to causing gum disease. People need to adapt to the habits of taking the meals with lower sugary contents which majority of individuals do not approve because they are used to ingesting sweet food substances in their daily life. The refreshments like the juice people take add more sugar levels in our bodies. The doctor encourages people to take more water of about eight glasses per day. Most of the people today have been addicted to taking of juices and soda after meals. This adds more sugar and chemicals to the body systems which make the body loose its water to counteract the effect of more concentration brought by the chemicals. Water is health for the body since it keeps the cell nourished which makes the body metabolism work well. The people who frequently take water after their meals have been found to have a better body health compared to those who take juices instead of water.

Some people have come up with modes of regulating their body posture by regulating the amounts and the use quality of foods content they ingest daily to control bad effects of their bodies. This is achieved through taking of little food quantities with the aim of preventing extreme development of the rate of body growth. People have used this as a means of regaining their body postures which have been deteriorated by other food contents they have been taking.

Conclusion

Majority of people have adapted some modes of eating habits which may be aiming at the individual desires of their body health. It is important for people to control the kind of food they are taking into their body since it counts for well being of their health. A change of health eating habits may add some more nutrients needed by the body for better development and growth. Though most of the people do not approve for the change of their meals which they are used to, they need to allow a change for their diet to expose their body to different variety of diets which provide good health.
