OCC SAFETY & HEALTH HELP

In the Process Safety Standard, OSHA placed new requirements on the prime/subcontractor relationship. Describe at least three elements of these new rules. Why did OSHA make these changes? Include discussion of some of the incidents that helped set the stage for the standard.
