(HCAHPS) survey as if you are a client who was recently discharged from the hospital. This
survey is a part of a national initiative sponsored by the United States Department of Health and
Human Services to measure the quality of care in hospitals. After completing the survey, you
will write a reflective essay.
A reflective essay gives the reader an understanding of how YOU feel about or think about a
topic. You will write a 3-4-page essay about the HCAHPS survey, not including title page and
reference page. The essay will be in APA 7th edition format, and you must also include at least
two references. Please remember to include your completed HCAHPS survey with the paper.
