I am working in the internal audit department as an audit coordinator.
And my manager called me for my mid-year evaluation.
He said: Striving for perfection and to become perfect or thriving to ambition will creates an atmosphere of tension to his team and his environment. It will lead to micro managing will lead to creates an atmosphere of unacceptance. so, your team need their space to achieve their goal without micro managing.
So Perfect syndrome make ppl un comfortable around the person sometime.
So, my manager told me in my mid-year evaluation I am heading to this Perfect syndrome.
I am over when it comes to the task follow-up. I keep running on the team nick to reply soon .
Also, when it comes to active listening. I cut people up wile he is talking sometime to prove my point or something.
