To whom my concern

I am writing this letter to clarify the status and how it happened as immigration extend. In my circumstances that were unforeseen and beyond my control, I did the all requirements papers to move my graduate for next semester in May 2018, but unfortunately I just did not form the academic side but unfortunately I was not aware that I have had to complete the same procedures in the international students department. I thought it would be inter-departmental contact to renewal the I-20 but it shows there is a gap between them

In the last semester Fall 2017 I went to the registration office to drop the biology class it was in NOV 8 2017. In NOV 28 2017 I did change the date of my graduation to the next semester in spring 2018 on May based on the date shown in the papers attached. This process resulted to not graduate before the I-20 expired.

The school reopen on the second of January, and the class started in the JAN 17th 2018 as the time line of the UIW school official website at 12p.m specifically because we had a storm the day before. I went to the international office around 2p.m in1/17/2018 the same day the school start to hand over the course loud from that I fill it out which is the immigration rule that no student can register less than 12 hours for the Bachelor unless he has permission, to be ratified by the international office in UIW. At 6:33pm in the same day 1/17/2018, I received a surprising email which is attached with the letter that says the international office can’t process my request because my name is on the Fall 2017 graduation list, that I already did it in NOV 28 2017, which in the end makes my stay as illegal.

The violation of status resulted from circumstances beyond my control and failure to receive reinstatement to F-1 status would result in extreme hardship to my goal to pass one of the core course also I’m looking to graduate with the highest grades to go back home in Saudi Arabia to find a job over there. My goal to be a marketing director or marketing manager, that’s the main goal for me. In back days I was work in ford motor company for 4 years as sales coordinator but I was looking for more then a sales man, my aspirations have become bigger I came here in USA to be more educated and knowledge about the international market.

I’m a marketing major that I love to be more social and engage more with all community. After the graduation, I will look for a job in marketing whether at Ford motor company or any other company in Saudi that looking for more than employee. I would like to share what I learned here to make the company I will work for to be more successful

I am currently pursuing to pursue, a full course of study at the school less 12 hours, I have only 5 hours left to graduate which is the issued in the l-20 form.

I have not engaged in unauthorized employment

The termination of status occurred less than five months ago that in last semester I fill all the applications and the documents forms from the academic side to move my graduation from the fall 2017 to spring 2018.
