This is just some information from my book to include—you may also add to it but I do have to include my book in my references. The four models of teen courts used in the United States are: 1. Adult Judge 2. Youth Judge 3. Tribunal 4. Peer Jury

The book states that nearly half of all teen courts use the adult judge model. (To answer the second part of the question)

And some of the dispositions used in teen courts are: The most common one is community service; others are victim apology letters, apology essays, teen court jury duty, drug/ alcohol classes, and monetary restitution.
