Major Assignment: Research Paper
Students must select an international or regional case of forced migration from present (ongoing) events or history. They will be asked to write a research paper of 2500 words after developing a question, or several questions, to address. Students must discuss and explain the case from different theoretical perspectives on international migration. In other words, students must apply theories to discuss and explain the reasons behind the event and discuss which theoretical approach explains the event better.
