I’ve some microeconomics homework. http://www.corporate-ethics.org/pdf/BRI-1002A Here is the document 2 length pages to read and answer a simple question in 2 or 3 pages (single space, times new roman 12 font). How should your management team address the company’s excess labor problem duringthe upcoming period of slow sales? Be specific in your recommendations. For example, if yourecommend layoffs, state exactly how many workers will be affected, how you will determinewhich workers will be affected, and how this cuts production appropriately. Keep in mind, thereis no union and there are no other specific policies or agreements that mandate the basis (e.g.,seniority) for prioritizing which sewers might be affected by your decision.

Prepare a case analysis.
The analysis must be word processed, single spaced, one inch margins, and Times New Roman font size 12.
A recommended length of this case analysis is between 2-3 single spaced pages.
Address the following:
1. Identify the issues (business, ethical dilemmas, and value based) involved in the case.
2. Give a response based on Christian values to the ethical and value based issues (whether or not you agree with these values). Be sure that your use of Christian values is clearly evident.
3. Analyze, make and justify recommendations to the business issues noted in #1
above. (Address quantitatively when appropriate and qualitatively otherwise).
When preparing your case response you should assume that your audience is very familiar with the case content. Therefore, do not summarize case content in your response. This does not preclude you from citing case content when necessary to support your response.
Prepare a cover page for your response with your name on it. DO NOT put your name on any other pages of the case including your response.
Remember that your case response is a course requirement. It must be completed in order to complete this course.
