LEG 100 Strayer University Business Innovations Discussion

Law is always evolving.  It slowly changes over time in response to its environment.  In business, new types of products, services and practices drive the development of law as it is forced to adapt to situations we can’t even think about today.  A great example is the “gig” economy created by companies such as Uber and Lyft and their “do it yourself” ride service.

What new developments do you think will present the need to rethink and re-evaluate how business law concepts apply today or in the future?

RE: Week 11 Discussion

Hello class i believe that a lot of new developments are going to cause the rethinking of the laws and reevaluating. For example the artificial intelligence developments and the fact that even though people have little to know familiarity with the development. One may say that this may be a way of enhance laws and maybe even invent some. And some laws were based on past issues and not current. And lets face it with the growing society ideals are always arriving.
