Your assignment is to prepare a Work Term reflection report. This report should include what was learned from your internship experience to date, and how well your educational program prepared you. Provide a thoughtful reflection on the course work, skills and abilities you have learned.
Required:
The format and content of the work term report is described below:
Cover Page: The cover page of your work term report should contain the following information, your name, email, student number, title i.e. “Work Term Report”, work term time period, name of supervisor and location.
Location: Summarize where your work term was conducted and where your particular work group fits into the overall organization. Clearly describe the company and general goal of your work group.
Job Responsibilities: Describe your responsibilities during your work term. What are the duties, tasks or major projects you are working on?
Some points to reflect on in this section include:
· Did the tasks you were asked to perform give you a broader understanding of your specialization?
· Were your tasks the tasks you expected to perform? If not, was this a good or a disappointing experience? Why?
· Did you find the job easy to adjust to? Why or why not?
The Learning: You are expected to summarize what you have learned during your work term experience.
