What are the activities and tasks given to you during this
month?
This month I was trained on the following:
1- Transportation system:
Task(s)
It is a special system for the company to identify the
company’s assets for vehicles, which is specifically the
vehicle data from the plate, year of manufacture, chassis
number, color and user name, and whether it is still in work
or has been sold at auction.
2- PetroApp system:
It is a chip that is installed on the company’s vehicles to fill
fuel and use the vehicle during working hours and employees
are provided with money at the company’s expense.
What skills did you learn through the month?
1- Accuracy:
Because it is important to accurately enter information into
the Transportation system, such as the car panel, body
number, color, year of manufacture, chassis number and
username because through this information is relied upon in
all systems.
New skill(s)
And also the accuracy in the PetroApp system because the
wallet is shipped to the employees with money by the
company, and if the person’s money is increased in an
unthoughtful way, it is accountable.
2- Problem solving:
It is normal to face some problems because I am still in
training, but it is important to learn from the problem and
know its solution to avoid it in the future.

Meeting(s)
Difficulty/ Challenge(s)
Learning
How many meetings did you attend?
During this month, I attended one meeting and was with
Petromin to discuss new solutions, set certain standards for
vehicle maintenance, and open accounts with Petromin in the
name of the company.
What are the difficulties you had this month?
With continuous work and performing almost the same tasks
on a daily basis, the difficulties began to be afraid of
difficulties, but there was one problem, which is sometimes
in PetroApp that the slides do not work and the workflow is
disrupted and we must solve this problem as soon as possible
and requires us to communicate with PetroApp support, and
this takes some time.
How did you overcome these difficulties?
With the discussion and talk with the team members and the
manager, we concluded that the employee would replace the
vehicle and take another vehicle on which the chip is
working until the problem is solved.
What did you learn from completing the tasks
During this month, I learned that every problem has a
solution, no matter how difficult it was, and working in a
team helped me to get rid of the problems and learn other
things in both the Transportation system and the Pero App
system.
And also dealing with employees of different nationalities,
this benefited me by strengthening the language and dealing
with others.
What did you want to learn more?
There is only one department that has not been worked on,
which is the accident department, and this will be my last
step in learning at the Transportation department next month.

Task(s)
What are the activities and tasks given to you during this month?
The company has departments, but this month I worked in the
Transportation department, and the tasks given to me were: Making a
sticker for Aramco and authorization
What skills did you learn through the month?
By working in the Transportation department this month, I acquired
some skills, namely:
1- Working within a team: My first task was Aramco sticker . I faced

helping and clarifying, and thus the task required of me was completed.
New skill(s)
2- Arranging tasks and working on them: After I was trained on the
Aramco label, I was assigned other tasks, which was working on the
authorizations for the company’s cars. I found that I was working on two
tasks, but in order to accomplish the required tasks, an hour was
allocated for each task.
3- Working under pressure: When I was assigned to make stickers for
Aramco, there were many requests to produce the stickers for the
employees. This was a challenge for me since I am a student trainee, but
through this I learned to control myself and not allow pressure to affect
the work process, and the task was accomplished by allocating a
working day. on her

accomplish
3- The third meeting was about distributing tasks and working on them
College of Administration and Finance Sciences
with the team
4- The fourth meeting was about handing over the tasks completed from
the beginning of the training period until the end of this month
What are the difficulties you had this month?
I have faced some difficulties while working within the authorization .
Some employees do not respond because some work in remote areas,
and it is difficult to reach them to complete the authorization.
Difficulty/
Challenge(s)
How did you overcome these difficulties?
By working within a team, these difficulties were solved with the help of
experts in this field because they found another solution for every
problem
What did you learn from completing the tasks
1- With the repetition and performance of tasks, the tasks became
easier.
2- Understand the Aramco system and work on a more Elm
platform.
Learning
What did you want to learn more?
There are many tasks in the department that I would like to learn as well,
