The constitution is a set of fundamental principles which have been established to govern the state or any other organization. Today the constitution has various impacts to the society as follows.

The constitutions have divided power into various states and central government. This has affected the government, empowered states and local government and encourages more citizen participation. Today there is too much deregulation and has negative effect to especially money market manipulation and speculators.

The constitution has bills of right that have inspired more human rights and kept the power of both the state and the government limited.it has given the citizen freedom of religion, speech and freedom from unreasonable search.

The constitution has set into motion the democracy aspect. Where everyone wiling to be a leader is capable of vying. This has led to poor leadership in the society since those chosen are unable to implement there promises to the citizen.

The constitution has affected our taxes which has in turn reduce the economy growth .due to increase in tax the society is unable to set income for their own activities and hence leading to poor economic growth.

The constitution have restricted on marriage and how we can devoice. The has made some couple to mistrust one another since some constitution legalize the polygamous. Through this the society is affected since there is no harmony.

The constitution affects the citizen on how we post the letters and make telephone calls. This has limited freedom of speech and expression as all the telephone calls are recorded is rules applied if one disobey.

The constitution has also affected the society since there are some customs and excise one must pay when venturing in business activity. This has affected the investors willing to come up with some business ideas but they are unable to pay the customs and excise.

The sort of money the society uses is determined by the constitution. This has made it not free to transact any business activity with other money not recognized by the constitution hence leading to rigidity of finance for easy manipulations by those in authority.

The programs on televisions are controlled by the constitution. This denies the citizen the right of choice on what to access. Generally the constitution has adversely affected the society at large.
