Below are my comments on your Stakeholder Register (step 4) milestone:
The stakeholder management plan is well done. The chart prepared by you shows stakeholders on the matrix according to their role, interest, expectations, influence, classification, and communication. This matrix helps the project manager see the influence each stakeholder has and in turn decide if stakeholders need to be managed closely or which ones require minimal effort.
You may also like to consider the role of the customers, employees, employee’s families, Builder Contractors and subcontractors as possible stakeholders.
In describing the Influence, it would be useful to let the reader know the criteria used to establish the stakeholders’ levels of influence, e.g., 50% of decision, Major influence, Some influence:
Is it, for example, the impact their decision would have on the costs or completion of the project?
What are their concerns and how would you propose to mitigate those concerns?
In the final report, your Stakeholder Management Plan, can be shown as an Appendix and supported with a narrative in your main report.
