event analysis article:
“B.C. proposes minimum pay standards and workers’ compensation for app-based gigworkers”
https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/la…
Scientific analysis/depth: HR topics should be clearly identified, adequately described, and linked back to the event throughout the paper.1. Research the topic. The article will allow for discussion of 2 or 3 of the conceptsthat we have covered in Human Resource Management.
2. Choose only 2 or 3 concepts to describe in depth and evaluate in the context of the topic. The paper is relatively short (only 5 pages), so you do not have space to thoroughly analyze the event using more than 2 or 3 concepts. Analyzing the event according to more than 2 or 3 concepts would detract from the quality of the paper, as it would only allow for superficial descriptions given the page limit.
