“The Housing Allowance”  Please respond to the following:

· In the case study, Wilson Mutambara is faced with what he believes are conflicting obligations to his employer, to his family, and to the place where he grew up. Determine whether or not you believe Wilson Mutambara abused his company’s housing allowance policy. Support your conclusion by appealing to egoism, utilitarianism, Kantian ethics, or another nonconsequentialist theory.

· In the case study, Dale Garman’s actions could be described as whistle-blowing. Using the criteria provided in the text, examine whether or not Garman was justified in blowing the whistle when he discovered Wilson Mutambara was misrepresenting his housing situation to his employers at NewCom. Suggest alternative or additional steps Garman should have taken when he discovered Wilson Mutambara was deceiving NewCom.
