I learned from my former employer as a loan processor, that I have to learn to work with all kinds of personalities and attitudes. In all teams, changes are made due to different team’s needs. In my line of work in order to be effective, I must be flexible to adjust approach and behavior with each realtor based not only on their levels of maturity. Depending on the realtor and his/her characteristics and behavior at the moment, I use a different approach. I admit I have a long way to go, I considered myself a person with a strong personality, and it’s hard to adjust but not impossible.

Leadership is based on the relationships between people in a particular social or organizational structure, and function of a number of individual characteristics. A charismatic leader may have the ability to convince a group to obtain results by knowing the adequate way to proceed but a leader within the company will draw a dream, that will draw others to see clearly the company vision.

Autocratic: Assume all the responsibilities when making decisions and initiating actions. This leadership has small confidence in the employees, it motivates them but the final decision is made by the leader. No opinions and ideas are accepted from the employees.

Individualize:  Listen and analyze employees’ ideas and accept their contributions but the final decision still the leaders.

Entrepreneurial: Give authority to followers to make decisions and assume responsibilities.
