Body fat% is30. Goal is 20% He is happily married and has two kids. He works at a desk job in a medical facility and often eats at his desk to get “more” work done. He has an hour lunch break and two other 30 minute breaks. He drives to work from his home about 1 mile from his work site. He grabs a cup of coffee and a couple of donuts for breakfast. He generally gets a turkey sandwich with mayo and lettuce on rye bread with a bottle of water. He will “munch on goodies” that some staff member always brings in throughout the day. He feels very tired when he gets home. Has a good meal with his family and goes to bed early.He spends time with his kids on weekends and watches sports on TV with them. His physician is concerned about his cholesterol at 250mg%. his triglycerides are at 180mg% and his blood pressure is 146/96mm/Hg. What measurable goals would you set for him and what plan would you give him? (Cover mental, relational, spiritual and physical dimensions of wellness.
