I want you to do a technical report about a new material or invention, read the attachment, it might be helpful

In this report, I intend to introduce a new material “micro- lattice”, which is the world’s lightest solid material. The new metal which is 99% air is so light that it can sit atop dandelion fluff without damaging it (
Quick
, 2011).
This material developed by a term of researchers from UC Irvine, HRL laboratories and the California Institute of Technology in 2011. Because of its unique “micro-lattice” cellular architecture, this new material can be the lightest material in the world. This cellular architecture makes it possible for the researchers to make a material that consists of 99.99% air and 0.01% solid at the nanometer ( Quick, 2011). The most important thing is to make a lattice of interconnected hollow tubes with a wall thickness one thousand times thinner than a human hair (
Hall-Geisler
, 2011).
The idea of make this unique architecture is come from the large structures, such as the Eiffel Tower or the Golden Gate Bridge. Those modern buildings are incredibly light and weight-efficient by virtue of their architecture ( Quick, 2011).
Metallic micro-lattices may find potential applications as thermal and vibration insulators, and can also reap benefits on a much smaller scale. In addition, it may also prove useful as battery electrodes and catalyst supports, acoustic, vibration or shock energy absorption. Although, this stuff is still pretty experimental, we may use this material to make so many things in the future (Hall-Geisler, 2011).
In conclusion, this newly developed metallic “micro-lattice” material may open a new era of material.
