1.Recently, there has been a number of mergers and acquisitions between
businesses. Please
search various business press resources and choose one merger (or proposed
merger) to research. It
should also be a recent merger from the last twelve months.
Please write an essay of approximately 5 pages (double-spaced) describing the
merger. Your
essay should also include a list of resources you use, and you should cite all sources
in your paper.

Will the merger result in a parent-subsidiary relationship or will they combine into
