Context 1: A diabetes education program for newly diagnosed diabetics at the Methodist Hospital in Atlanta has been running for the past 4 years. You have been approached to evaluate this program.

Context 2: Insurance of Omaha implements a wellness program for its employees. It is a large work site with over10, 000 employees, and the program has been in existence for 5 years. You have been approached to evaluate this program.
