Ethics in Court

Using a minimum of three scholarly sources, identify a case that was significantly impacted by an issue involving personal, professional, and/or scientific credibility. 

State the nature of the allegation of ethical misconduct and the impact it had on the use of evidence at trial. 

The case may demonstrate a positive, neutral, or negative impact. 

Analyze how the personal, professional, and/or scientific credibility of your selected example is scrutinized, the impact that such scrutiny has on the value and weight of evidence, as well as its admissibility in court. 

This should be a mininum of 250 words in length. Properly cite any references using APA style
