 Consider the ecoli dataset. These data were obtained in a study of protein localization
sites for 336 examples of E. coli. There are seven predictor variables and a variable
localization site that indicates the protein localization 

(a) DeÖne as x the vector of the seven numerical variables, scaled to unit variance.
For each of the eight possible localization sites given by localization_site, deÖne
the respective 0/1 indicator variable y. Carry out eight separate Canonical Corre-
lation analyses, one for each localization site. Summarize in a table the maximum
correlations attained at each localization site.
(b) For the site with the largest correlation, plot the canonical variates E1 vs W1, and
try to interpret E1 from the loadings
