Due Process

 

As a new court clerk, you’ve been asked to create a

brochure

describing due process and the criminal court process, to include plea-bargaining and appeals process.  Once completed hard copies will be available at the municipal courthouse and on the city’s website under the municipal courts portal.

Create a brochure detailing the assignment requirements. ( 

If you use a brochure template – it is usually 3 panels front and back.

The last part about the hard copies and web site is add a little realism to the assignment.  There is no need to actually make hard copies or post on any municipal web site.)
