Task

After reading the article, reflect and answer the following questions:

As a new employee entering a firm, how might you gain a better understanding of the power hierarchy within that firm?

With regard to your internship, evaluate how well you think you will do balancing these seven qualities. Where do your strengths lie? What behaviors might pose a problem?

I’m interning for a company doing marketing and styling for clients. So for the second question make sure you reflect mostly on the styling for now. Strengths of mine are, being on time. Getting things done on time. Knowing what works for a client and far as styling. Lot of ideas for marketing products or people.
